
BASIC SEA SURVIVAL
The aim of this course is to provide offshore personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to care for themselves and others in sea survival situations for an indefinite period of time and to participate to the maximum extent in their own rescue.

TRAVEL SAFELY BY BOAT / BOAT TRANSFER
The aims and objectives of the Travel Safely by Boat (TSbB) training standard are to ensure that all personnel travelling/transferring by boat to work in offshore areas.
COURSE DURATION: 2 HOURS
VALIDITY: 3 YEARS

SELF-CONTAINED BREATHING APPARATUS (SCBA)
This training will be suitable for both confined space workers, and workers who may be required to use breathing apparatus during fire or in hazardous environments. Also for designated first responders who are required to enter dangerous atmospheres during a rescue or during fire suppression.
COURSE DURATION: 4 HOURS
VALIDITY: 2 YEARS

H2S BA(HYDROGEN SULPHIDE)
This course is designed to advise and prepare delegates for the possible encounter of Hydrogen Sulphide in an onshore / offshore environment.
It is intended for personnel that may be required to enter H2S designated areas and who may be potentially exposed to hydrogen sulphide.
COURSE DURATION: 2 HOURS
VALIDITY: 1 YEAR

HLA/HAD
"This program aims to provide training to enable the personnel to be equipped with
knowledge and skills required to perform as Offshore Helideck Assistant (HDA) or
Helicopter Landing Assistant (HLA)."
COURSE DURATION: 1 DAY
VALIDITY: 2 YEARS

HUET
"Personnel who travel by helicopter over water. It is also suitable for personnel who have undertaken survival training which did not include helicopter underwater escape training and Personnel who works or plan to work in offshore must undergo this training."

HUET / SEA SURVIVAL
The aim of the HUET & Sea Survival programme is to prepare delegates that intend to travel to and from offshore oil and gas installations and vessels by helicopter by providing specific training in preflight and in-flight requirements and to equip delegates with the basic emergency response knowledge and skills required in the event of a helicopter emergency with specific focus on escaping from a helicopter following ditching and intending to go to the sea the essential basic knowledge and experience of personal survival principles that can be applied to maximise their chance of survival in the event of offshore incident.
COURSE DURATION: 1 DAY
VALIDITY: 3 YEARS

MK 50 (CAEBS) LIFEJACKET
This course is aimed at personnel that are issued with Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) whilst travelling to work by helicopter and may be required to use a CA-EBS in the event of an emergency.
COURSE DURATION: 2 HOURS

LIFEBOAT COXSWAIN
The aim of the offshore lifeboat coxswain course is to equip learners with knowledge and skills required to perform the role of an offshore lifeboat coxswain effectively. The objectives are learners to fully understand the roles and responsibilities of the offshore lifeboat coxswain, learners to understand the working mechanisms of the TEMPSC theoretically and practically.
COURSE DURATION: 2 DAY
VALIDITY: 2 YEARS

FAST RESCUE CRAFT(FRC)
This course is specified for Offshore Standby Vessel crew entering FRC coxswain training, with the overall objective of teaching boat operations and command to facilitate rescue and recovery of personnel from the sea and casualty care.
COURSE DURATION: 2 DAYS
VALIDITY: 2 YEARS

WORKING OVER / NEAR WATER
This course is designed for all work in areas where there is water below, nearby or workers are required to work in water. The intent of this course is to provide guidelines to minimize the likelihood of injury, to protect personnel working overwater or near water.
COURSE DURATION: 1 DAY
VALIDITY: 3 YEARS
